By accessing or using the services provided by Freedom Blue LLC, doing business as Freedom Pipeline Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Contractor" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.
Freedom Pipeline Co. is a business-to-business (B2B) appointment-setting service. We generate interest from homeowners seeking kitchen and bathroom remodeling, pre-qualify those homeowners against a defined standard, and book confirmed appointments directly on our contractor partners' calendars. We do not sell raw leads or contact lists.
Our services are available exclusively to licensed, insured contractors and remodeling businesses operating in the states we serve. By using our services, you represent that you are a business entity or sole proprietor authorized to conduct remodeling work in your jurisdiction.
By providing your phone number to Freedom Pipeline Co., you consent to receive SMS text messages from us regarding our services, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service-related notifications.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS does not terminate your service agreement.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Pricing for our appointment-setting services is discussed during your initial consultation and outlined in a separate service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

If a booked appointment does not meet our published qualification standard, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future appointment. Credit eligibility and terms are outlined in your service agreement.
While we work to deliver qualified appointments, Freedom Pipeline Co. does not guarantee that any appointment will result in a signed contract, closed sale, or specific revenue outcome. Results depend on factors including your pricing, presentation, and market conditions.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Freedom Blue LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Blue LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Blue LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions with homeowners.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.
Our services are intended for businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. For additional details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
